Severe Latency On OFS Environment (Doc ID 3018336.1)

Symptoms

OFS environment is very slow and users are getting an error on the dispatch console saying "The required data is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." Also when trying to open routing they get a blank screen sometimes.

ERROR

1. "The required data is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."
2. Blank screen on routing

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate on Dispatch Console (any navigation)
2. Error message(s) will display for several users
3. Open Routing menu - a blank screen is displayed instead of the expected routing screen

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
OFS GUI navigation becomes slow to the point of being unusable.
