Symptoms
When attempting to select fields in the redwood pages after a P2T refresh values are not being found and a 500 internal service error is shown

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Create Service request page
2. Select a field. e.g. Accounts or Contacts
3. Search for a value but no results are shown
