MFCS UI - Unable to fetch data with NOT_BEFORE_DATE filer in ORDER search.?
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a CO (customer order) using SOAP/RIB and interface to MFCS.
2. Make sure to pass not_before_date/ not_after_date with timestamp other than 00:00:00 value
3. Try to check the order by using the NOT_BEFORE_DATE or NOT_AFTER_DATE filter and the data not displayed in the UI?
