Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After configuring a CBS Filter Condition, example - WBS Item does not contain 'Accrual', the filter functions in that the Codes that contain the word Accrual no longer appear in the CBS Pick list, but the list of codes is now out of order.

Ex.: the 5400 series grouping of codes is forced to the bottom of the list below the 7500 codes. When there is no CBS Filtering Conditions, the 5400 codes appear as they are ordered in the Cost Sheet between the 5200 and 6100 codes.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The CBS order should be sorted properly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Shell > affected Cost type Business Process (BP).
  2. Create New -> navigate to the Cost Code Allocation detail form and select the Cost Code Picker.
  3. A Cost Code Picker window opens; click on any cost code then click Select.
  4. Observe the Accrual Cost Codes are no longer appearing as expected but the 5400 code grouping has moved out of order and is now at the bottom of the list.
