Fusion Global HR: Approver Is Not Getting The Email Notifications Once the Requester Submit The Requested Info Via Email, This Works Fine From 'Worklist'. (Doc ID 3018714.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

For Personal info change transaction, if Approver clicks on Request info option under claim option then employee gets Request info email notification in which if employee clicks on Submit info button and give comments and attach documents, those are not updating in approval in-app notification in Fusion application.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Set the email id to the 'Test Notification Email Address' on BPM Worklist tool and save.
2. User or Submit the approval request from Personal details page. example changing Demographic details like changing marital status.
3. Approver gets us approval request but they request for changes.
N> on the approval request , Approver clicks on Request info option under 'claim' option . Under Action > Selected 'Request Information'.
4. Then employee gets Request info email notification in which if employee clicks on Submit info button and give comments and attach documents
5. But approver is not getting back approval request after submitting the request via email.

Note: This works fine if user or submitter submits via worklist.
