Goal

Auditor has raised the below concerns on how the patching is done.

For example:- Patch 12311030211 has 'last updated date' as 2023-12-13. This patch was installed outside of the 24D window.

As per the 'Announcement: Maintenance Completed' , it is Friday, December 15, 2023 7:00 PM Pacific Standard Time

Auditors raised concerns and wanted to know why this discrepancy ?

Auditors raised another concern. Can you please confirm these 12/13 pre-downtime updates are mandatory by Oracle just like the 12/16 downtime updates?
They are pre-requisites for the 12/16 quarterly patches and approve or not by us/customer, the patches will be applied by Oracle.
