Finance Charges Are Not Showing In Advanced Collections Aging Tab (Doc ID 3018863.1)

Symptoms


Finance Charges are not showing in Advanced Collections Aging Tab.
The system is generating the transactions with late charge transaction type for those unpaid/overdue successfully.

The expectation is once users ran the late charge process the Finance Charges under the Aging tab in collections should be updated with the total amount of the late fees.

STEPS
-----------
1. Submit 'Create Late Charges Batch'
2. Go to Collection Dashboard > Aging Tab > Notice Finance Charges is NULL
