Symptoms

Problem:


Candidates are not required to verify their email address or phone number after submitting a job application using a URL for the external career site.

Steps

1. A candidate applies to a requisition on the External Career Site and selects "Use Mobile Phone Number".
2. Candidate enters phone number and checks "I agree" and Next.
3. Candidate completes all required fields and submits the job application.
4. Candidate stays within the tab and uses the external career site URL again. The job list appears and the candidate clicks Apply. They are taken directly to the job application without being asked to enter or verify their email or phone number.
