"Display" Security Feature in EPM Not Working in OAC Reports (Doc ID 3019047.1)

Symptoms

EPM cloud has a new security feature which is called "Display" which enables data security for a user without impacting data aggregation at higher level. EPM has implemented this feature at fund entity level and displays "No Access" for a user who doesn't have entity enabled for them. When using EPM cube for reporting in OACS same security is not working in the same way and report layout gets distorted and shows the amount instead of showing "No Access"
