Issue Reproduce Steps:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
IOS Mobile Device---->Open CX Sales Mobile Application---->Tap the attachment ⇒ tap the download button
The message "Attachment saved" was displayed but unable to find the attachment where it was saved.
