Symptoms

Line Manager is unable to assign courses to their direct reports after enabling the Redwood Manager Experience.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Login as Line Manager.
  2. Go to My Team > Learning
  3. Click Actions > Assign Learning
  4. Setup the Assignment Type and select a Learning Item.
  5. Select a direct/indirect report from the managers hierarchy.
  6. Click Assign.
  7. No assignment goes through.

Changes

The Redwood Manager Experience was recently enabled.
