Problem Description:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create the event
2. Add Interviewer to event
3. Click on 3 dots beside the Interviewer names
4. Click on "Resent Shortlisting Form"
5. As interviewer, receive notification
6. Click on "Access the shortlisting form here"
7. New blank page opens
