Setting Accept Header Language Does Not Change Decimial Point/Comma in IP (Doc ID 3020044.1)

When changing the accept header language from English to Portuguese it should also change the decimal point to a decimal comma. But when doing a query of a claim in Postman with the language = Portuguese we still get a decimal point while we expect a decimal comma. We still get the point when for instance getting claims info.
