Symptoms
Figure in Step 6 of documentation at https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/enterprise-performance-management-common/diepm/integrations_pipeline_subvar.html#GUID-7A5FC731-25F3-41EC-B62A-3FCC56922B45 shows concatinated Substitution Variables using hashtag syntax "&Month#&Year"
The syntax is not working for Pipeline to load the data from GL to FCC.
