Changes are not reflected for Action and Action Reasons


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

End Dated Action Reasons should not be populated in LOV


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

My Client Groups > Workforce Structures > Configure Actions > Supervisor Change

End Date Action Action Reason Code

My Client Groups> Quick Actions > Show More > Supervisor Change

Select Employee and try to change Supervisor still dated action reason is populating
