24B: Import Autoinvoice Process Performance Issue when Lines per Worker Greater than 20K (Doc ID 3020473.1)

Symptoms

 After 24B upgrade a performance degradation is observed with Auto Invoice Program only when the lines processed per worker is 20K+

Steps
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Tools > Scheduled Processes
2. Schedule New Process > Select Process Name: 'Import Receivables Transactions Using AutoInvoice'
3. Provide the parameters> Submit
