Symptoms

Users are unable to add second item while creating inventory adjustment

Steps To Recreate:
1. Go to Inventory Management > Inventory Adjustments > Create.
2. Select Reason Code.
3. Add KG item# 101200731 and click back.
4. Try to add another item#101200221.
5. Note it goes to previous item#101200731 and it does not allow to add second item#101200221.
