On : 11.13.24.01.0 version, Channel Revenue Management

Why is the Help link missing when in a Claim after 24A?

With the latest 24A CHRM update, Customer has lost the Help Link that was tied to a Claim and provided guidance on how to complete tasks related to the claim.
Previously they had a question mark on top left corner that would link directly with the Oracle guide, it made it easier to diagnose problems.
