Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Travel time is longer than expected, for one activity in the building next to the previous one, crossing the street, the travel time is set to more than 20 minutes.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The travel time should be much less.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. After assigning the activity to the technician's route the travel time was 9 minutes.
2. After 1 day, the time was extended to 16 minutes.
3. After the second day the time was extended to 22 minutes.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
The result is that the entire route of the technician is stretched out disproportionately, and the orders do not fit into the working hours.
