On : 11.13.24.01.0 version, Channel Revenue Management
Can't Save Notes on a Claim while rejecting
If a claim is approval pending and Approver wants to reject the claim with notes on it. There is no option to Save notes.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Deductions and Settlements
2. Claims
3. Approval Pending - DED809128
4. Notes and Attachments
5. + Enter information and hit Create
6. Reject
7. Cancel or Discard, chose Cancel
8. Reject
9. Error
10. Approval Rejected
11. The note is not saved.
12. Add the Note after Approval Rejected then they can save.
They should be able to save the note before rejection. It worked that way in ADF.
