Symptoms
When attempting to Edit BPA, the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
"Failed to lock the record in table PO_HEADERS_ALL with key oracle.jbo.Key[153 ], another user holds the lock."
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Purchase Agreement
2. Edit few BPA's > Error occurs
