Why Doesn't MFCS Throw A Warning Or An Error Stating that UDA Attributes Need To Be Filled Since They Are Mandatory (Doc ID 3022102.1)

MFCS - Mandatory UDAs are not mandatory

After checking the induction template, and made sure that UDAs 1, and 10 onwards all mandatory.
To make sure the UDAs are mandatory, we used UDA_Defaults tab of the Induction Spreadsheet and included every department for those UDAs.
But whenever you create a new Item, either by UI or Induction, MFCS never throws a warning or an error stating that those attributes need to be filled.
Please advise on what to do to ensure the mandatory behavior
