Symptoms
When attempting run Stage Interest Rate Loader, the process failed with below error.
Error:

Steps To Replicate:
1. Navigate to File Upload and Download and upload file: INPUT_20240301_IRC_RHIRC.csv.
2. Create a Batch and a Task.
3. In Task, specified Data File Name: INPUT_20240301_IRC_RHIRCcsv.
