Function 'Adjust Carrier' Is Not Usable In First Instance

Symptoms
When trying to adjust the carrier:
- Carrier and Service lists are still greyed out after clicking on 'Adjust Carrier'.
- Only after going out of the screen an entering again, the lists can be changed.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Login in application in EICS (web client).
2.Go to menu Shipping & Receiving.
3.Transfer Shipment.
4.Create Shipment.
5.Create Container.
6.Select products for containers.
7.Save the items.
8.Save containers.
9.Edit Shipment.
10.Confirm items.
11.Press 'Adjust Carrier'.
