Symptoms

On : 11.13.24.01.0 version, Ess Jobs, Migration/Maintenance and Audit

When attempting to Create a Parent Control Budget Cube the following error occurs.
Initial Cube Creation failed:: Error: Cannot create olap application. Essbase Error(1030010): Invalid blank character in name (XCC_BUD XYZ123 ) in ESSAPI function EssCreateStorageTypedApplication

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Have a parent BC setup named BUD XYZ 123
2. Run the CreateBudgetCube for this BC that has not been created successfully ever
