Symptoms

Problem Description:

When attempting to apply Folder Security directly to the Dashboards folder for Oracle Analytics (OAS), the following error is returned:

The action cannot be completed. 
Invalid Path. Folder security cannot be applied to the selected folder.
An internal error occurred: please contact your system administrator.
