Symptoms
On : 11.13.24.01.0 version, Workspace and Adaptive Search
Configure Adaptive Search process submission gives remote region # error
Attempting to enable Help Desk in Configure Adaptive Search Full Publish, get error:
"Remote Region error #1: An uncaught exception was thrown on the producer at \"https://fa-internal.oracleoutsourcing.com:10663/crmUI/rr/" while trying to run an ADF
Steps:
1. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance
2. Search for Configure Adaptive Search setup task.
3. click Setup
4. click Help Desk to enable
5. From the Actions menu, select Full Publish.
6. Observe error: "Remote Region error #1: An uncaught exception was thrown on the producer at \"https://fa-internal.oracleoutsourcing.com:10663/crmUI/rr/" while trying to run an ADF
