SOA CS Back up Failure, Unable to update the backup config from UI as well rest api. (Doc ID 3023342.1)

1.SOACS back up was failing with the below error and due the 3 consecutive failures, backup was disabled.

PSM-BKP-50207: Failure code: 213,JCS-BR-ERROR_REMOTE_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND.

2.While enabling the backup after creation using the UI and REST API, it failed with below error

API fails with error - The Object Storage container contains backup archives and cannot be changed if it will not be accessible with the new credentials
