Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud: Event Alert is Not Triggered to Learners When Activity Details Change (Doc ID 3023362.1)

Symptoms

Alerts are enabled in the "Configure Alerts" page so that changes done to an Activity would trigger an Alert.

When there is a change done to time and date of an activity in an offering, no notifications are being sent to Learners.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Log in as a Learning Administrator.
  2. Go to My Client Groups > Learning > Offerings
  3. Search and select Offering > Update time and date of any activity
  4. Click SAVE AND CLOSE.
  5. No alert is triggered to learners informing them of this change.
