Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Two Data Elements (DE) on a Business Process (BP) detail form are not being reset to their original value (0.00) when deselecting an SOV Reference picker value.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After deselecting the SOV reference, the two data elements should revert back to 0.00.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.

  1. Log into the Unifier environment and navigate to the Project/Shell where the issue has been observed.
  2. Navigate to BP in question and Select +Create.
  3. Fill out required fields on the Upper form > Complete the required fields.
  4. Navigate to the Line Item tab -> click Add -> Notice data elements 1 & 2 both display 0.00.
  5. Select a reference from the SOV. Notice that both data elements populate with non-zero data based on the SOV selection.
  6. Remove the SOV reference. Notice that both data elements again display 0.00.
  7. This time instead of using the SOV Reference, select a WBS code and provide a short description value -> Both data elements still display 0.00 -> Click Save.
  8. Notice that both data elements display the non-zero value from step 5 instead of the expected values of 0.00, even though the reference picker field is blank.
