Symptoms



When attempting to add Inspection to business license and submit it, the following error occurs.

 "null"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to oracle public sector environment,
2. Go to open business license transaction ( in Submitted Status))
3. Inspection tab, click Add Inspection > inspection type
4. Select a date in the Preferred Date field.
5. Click submit
