Symptoms
Custom OTBI Analysis created using "Order Management - Fulfillment Lines Real Time" Subject Area shows incorrect Values post 24B update. "Fulfillment Line Status Name" column returns Order Header Status (Ex: Processing) instead of Fulfillment Line Status ("Closed", "Awaiting Billing", "Shipped", "Awaiting Shipping", "Scheduled"). Below are the subject area details and navigation steps:
Subject Area - "Order Management - Fulfillment Lines Real Time"
Dimension - "Fulfillment Line Status"
Attribute - "Fulfillment Line Status Name"
Steps
- Login to Fusion Cloud Service
- Navigate to Tools > Reports & Analytics
- Click Browse Catalog
- Click Catalog
- Navigate to the folder and open the analysis that is using "Order Management - Fulfillment Lines Real Time"."Fulfillment Line Status"."Fulfillment Line Status Name"
- "Fulfillment Line Status Name" column returns "Processing" which is incorrect in the report output.
