ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer observed during the testing that the resource that was deactivated through the EAM Accelerator in OFS only deactivated the resource status and not the user status.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When deactivating a resource, the corresponding user should be deactivated as well.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using EAM accelerator, deactivate a resource on OFS
2. Check that the corresponding user is still with status = active

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
This is having a security impact since a user could still log into OFS even after deactivating the corresponding resource.
