Data loads are being marked as successful even though some of the data cannot be loaded if a user does not have access to all the profiles in the file.

If one or more transactions cannot be loaded, it is expected that the data loads should fail the export stage, leading to the file being refused. Even though one or more of the transactions in a load file are invalid, the system is still processing the transactions in the load file. When the load reaches the export stage, it will still indicate success.
