Fusion Global Payroll: Delete Bank Account HDL Error Already Associated With A Personal Payment Method (Doc ID 3024745.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, Global Payroll

When trying to delete a Bank Account added by mistake,
the following error occurs

ERROR
-----------
ERROR - You can't delete this bank account because it's already associated with a personal payment method.

Additional Details:
---------------------
This is a Payroll Interface environment - so, Bank Account is not associated to any payments.

From Classic UI of Personal Payment Method, user has already made another Bank Account as the Selected account.

Still while trying to delete the bank account using the below HDL, the import was success but the load was in error.

METADATA|ExternalBankAccount|ExternalBankAccountId
DELETE|ExternalBankAccount|1234567890

Expected behaviour:
---------------------
Successful deletion of Bank Account.
