Goal
On : 11.13.24.01.0 version, Workforce Compensation
User is unable to see the manager name in the direct reports LOV in the communication task.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Navigate to Act as Proxy
2. Select a plan
3. Select act as a manager name
4. Click on communication task
5. Click on the direct reports LOV, unable to see all the manager team names
