Fusion US Payroll: Employee Sees New Effective Date When They Open Tax Card After IRS Lock In Date Set By Admin. (Doc ID 3024819.1)

Symptoms

Once admin set the lock in date on employee tax card, worker is not able to edit any fields in tax form, but they still have the effective date available for edit and able to save the screen.

This issue can be reproduced at will with following steps:

1. Search for employee.

2. Navigate to calculation Cards.

3. Edit / update Federal card component and set IRS lock in date so employee is not able to make changes to card.

4. Employee logs in.

5. Navigates to their tax withholding card and sees ability to update with new effective date without any changes.

System should not allow user to save with new effective date after IRS Lock In date set by Admin.
