On : 11.13.24.01.0 version, Service Request

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
We have an issue where Queues are not updating or displaying Que Names in our Help Desk Requests landing page

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Queue Name should be displayed on the list page

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to HR HD Requests
2. Execute any saved search or use the default search to see the list of Requests
3. Queue Name field shows blank

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the queue nae the Request is assigned to.
