WIP completion transaction and return transaction amounts are not matching
Issue with WIP product completion transaction and WIP product return transaction amounts are not matching for overhead rule

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. WIP product completion transaction
2 .WIP product return transaction
3. Run Costing Ess Jobs
