Goal

When setting Frequency other then Once is set to BI Report from Scheduled tab, Diagnostic tab disappears and cannot enable diagnostics for recurring job.

Steps
1. Tools > Reports and Analytics > Browse Catalog
2. Open a certain report
3. Actions > Schedule
4. Scheduled tab
Frequency : Daily
