Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
When logging into an Oracle Hosted Cloud Environment, after entering user credentials the "Oracle Primavera Portal" window is displayed, but there are no application tiles (such as P6, Unifier, or Analytics) displayed. Thus this user cannot access the applications. Typically only one user is reporting this problem.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
After entering user credentials and having the Oracle Primavera Portal page is displayed, both the P6 & Unifier application tiles should be displayed and accessible to the user.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open a supported browser > Enter the Stage or Production URL.
  2. At the login prompt enter the one users credentials.
  3. The Oracle Primavera Portal page opens, but there are no P6 or Unifier tiles displayed so the applications cannot be accessed.
