Symptoms

When logging in using the Cloud URL and going to Identity Cloud Service > OCI console, all actions generate the following error:

You are not allowed to perform any actions on this page


Steps to Reproduce

  1. In a web browser, go to the OCI URL: https://<p6 cloud url>/<instance>
  2. Log in
    - Select Identity Cloud Service
    - In the upper right corner, left click on the initials and select OCI Console
    - Choose any item in the left side menu.
