On : 11.13.24.04.0 version
Base Pay (Salary)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------
Job change performed from front end but salary got affected at backend

User observed a weird behaviour with some transactions. User performed Job change transaction (Allocation and Employment changes) for person number xxxx from front end.
They observed that in back end salary change got modified in the report.

Old salary 2.25769999999999984996249062265566391597E04 got updated to new salary 22577.

But in front end there is no change in salary.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
Salary should not be changed in tables.

STEPS
--------
1. Perform a job change without salary update.
2. Verify the issue.
