Raw Cost In Project Currency Is Not Appearing In OTBI Subject Areas (budget Vs Actual And Commitment (Doc ID 3026012.1)

I am trying to create an OTBI report to show the total budget vs total cost and total commitment of a certain project.
these are the subject areas I've used:
Project Control - Budgets Real Time
Project Costing - Commitments Real time
Project Costing - Expenditure Item Performance - Real Time
Project Management - Planning Real Time

The projects for which I am trying to build this report have Project Currency = PHP and Ledger currency - USD, transaction currency can be a mix of currencies (PHP, EURO, USD).

While checking the actual project report in the UI using project accountant role, the Raw cost in project currency table is available but I can not find it in the OTBI subject areas.

Our issue is the budget amount is showing ledger currency data, the actual and the committed cost are showing a mix of currencies based on the transaction currency, which makes our report understated.
