36229309 Issue With Last_Update_Date Column In PJS_PROGRAM_DEFN_B Table At Program Level (Doc ID 3026601.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 09, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Project Performance Reporting Cloud Service - Version 11.13.23.10.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Qn1:Requirement:

There is a business requirement to identify latest changes of program-project relationship within a program

Whenever User is adding a project to a program using drag and drop functionality in the program dashboard page, LAST_UPDATE_DATE column in PJS_PROGRAM_DEFN_B table is not reflecting the latest change Date.

Expectation:

Any addition or deletion of a project in a program should update the LAST_UPDATE_DATE column in PJS_PROGRAM_DEFN_B table.

Qn2:I already checked the table PJS_PROG_PROJ_RELATIONSHIPS and records are getting added as the relationship level.

Is this the only option for identifying a change of relationship at program level ?

Qn3:Another finding is whenever Project added/linked to a Program via Program Screen, LAST_UPDATE_DATE Column reflects the latest date in PJS_PROGRAM_DEFN_B table but when the same is achieved via drag and drop feature from the Program Dashboard Screen, LAST_UPDATE_DATE doesn't reflects the latest date in the same PJS_PROGRAM_DEFN_B table.
