On : 24.B.06 version, Quota
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In version 24B The Mass Population Option Is Not Available In Quota Screen.
"Mass population" does not appear post 24B update and it is only reflected in the Booking status screen in the OFS Quota screen. It only appears in the Booking status screen.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Mass Population option should appear also in the quota screen.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the Quota Screen.
2. The "Mass population" option is not available.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
We need mass population to populate quota in quota screen.
Changes
We updated the environment to version 24B
