OTBI Agents throws error when the recipient is role instead of user or email (Doc ID 3027185.1)

Goal

Agents when used the recipients based on role such as OOTB Sales Admin/Sales Manager/Sales Rep role, the agent throws error

The requirement is to burst those reports to all the users with specific roles : sales representative , sales manager and sales administrator.

The agent is working fine when we add a direct E-mail or Users but the agent is failing when I try to add roles in the recipients.

Below is the error: [nQSError: 77006] Oracle BI Presentation Server Error: A fatal error occurred while processing the request. The server responded with: Soap invocation to security service failure. HTTP error code: '500'.
