Unable to Delete Users From P6 EPPM User Administration - "(Inactive)" Is Appended to the User Name (Doc ID 3027200.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Users that are no longer using P6 cannot be deleted. Those users appear in the P6 Web Administration > User Administration page with "(Inactive)" appended to their Personal Name, and the option to delete is not available when right clicking on user name.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

An administrator should be able to deleted user accounts that are no longer being used.

This issue can be reproduced using the following steps:

1. User is disabled from Primavera Administration - no changes are made to user in P6.

2. User's P6 Role is de-provisioned from Primavera Administration, all module access is removed from user (essentially disabling the user in P6).
