OTBI Agent Fails While Adding Application Roles In Recipients

On : 11.13.23.07.0 version, Analytics
OTBI Agent fails while adding application roles in recipients
The requirement is to burst those reports to all the users with specific roles : sales representative , sales manager and sales administrator.
The agent is working fine when we add a direct E-mail or Users but the agent is failing when I try to add roles in the recipients.
Below is the error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to BI > Edit OOTB BI Agent > Click on Recipients tab > Provide Job roles instead of user names > throws error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot burst the report based on the roles.
