Fusion Global HR: Change in the Person Security Profile Custom SQL Does Not Take Effect (Doc ID 3027444.1)

Symptoms

In one of the data roles, a change was done in the custom criteria SQL of the Person Security Profile to restrict access to employees. The SQL is working fine and the results seems correct in the ‘Preview’ option of Person Security Profiles.

When searching in the UI, the user can find the employee in LOV, which should not happen. After selecting the employee to enter the details, a blank page opens.

 

Steps:
--------
1. Login
2. Open Employment Info
3. Search for the employee > employee is shown in Worker LOV, which is not expected
4. Click on the employee and open Employment Info blank page
5. Click back and the error is shown:
